1.     Registration Required – In order to attend the Cazares Family Reunion and reserve a room with the family discount, you will first need to complete the Google Form below to register yourself and all room guests aged 21+. The form will also accept payments for the Reunion Fee and optional registration for fundraising events and donations.

2. Payment Instructions & Group Code - Once you "Submit" the Google Form, follow the provided link to make your payment. After you pay, your receipt will automatically appear. SCROLL DOWN and click the link to the hotel reservation page. Use GROUP CODE: "CAZ" (July 11th - Last day to use Group Code). at checkout for the family discount. If for whatever reason, you accidentally closed this webpage and can no longer access the hotel reservation link, email us at cazaresfoundation@gmail.com and we will send you that link.

3.     Reunion Fee & Donations – For years, coordinators and elders have had to personally cover expected and unexpected costs. This year, an online Early-Bird Reunion Fee of $40 per guest aged 21+ is necessary in order to reduce the burden on a few and avoid the stress of having to raise enough money through fundraisers and fee collection during the event. Additionally, generous patrons of the beloved Cazares Family Reunion will have an option to donate through one of the 3 Donation Tiers outlined at the bottom of this page. 4.     Input & Transparency – Every guest at the reunion has an opportunity to contribute feedback and input regarding hotel contracts and issues, activities, expenses, volunteer needs, etc. An evaluation survey will be made available on this website after the event. Subscribe below to receive reunion-related email announcements!
